The Rinnai brand refresh centered around the requirement of adding warmth and magic to the brand. The brand palette previously was stark: white, grey and red. The new brand was targeted to position Rinnai in a totally different way to the competitors, primarily through hero photography. The brand elements were developed to add warm home interior cues including wood textures, hand type, and a refined colour palette. Additionally a suite of line illustrations were developed to represent the brand messages, product diagrams and illustrations. Internal office spaces and retail spaces were also developed. Completed at DNA, with with Mark McCutcheon marketing manager at Rinnai, and Guy Richards Design Guide.
